How long does my order take to ship?

All Knotty Wood candles are made to order. Shipping can take up to two weeks. Please be aware of this when ordering. Tracking numbers will be provided once items are shipped. The wait is worth it and so are you.

Why is the shipping cost so high?

Due to the fragile state of each candle, extra packaging is required to ensure each candle is protected from heat and damage during shipping.

What is your return policy? 

Only damaged products damaged during shipping will be available for return. Exact replacement will be shipped out but no refunds will be issued.
